Under Eyes

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a mixture of your own plasma, growth factors, and blood platelets. Your blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to separate the components, and PRP is administered into your under eyes and around the crow’s feet areas to stimulate the production of collagen and improves the firmness of skin. Initial improvement seen after treatment, but optimal results are visible in 4 to 6 weeks. Most patients require 2 to 4 sessions for maximum results that their “own” blood can provide.

NP Karla does not recommend PRP if the scalp is shiny because a hairless-shiny scalp area means there are no more hair follicles. In that case please consult a plastic surgeon certified in hair transplants.
