This program is supervised by Nurse Practitioner Karla Cabrera and includes medical oversight. To ensure your organs are functioning optimally, we require laboratory testing.

Semaglutide (Compounded & sourced locally from our trusted compound pharmacy Strive in Gilbert, AZ)

Semaglutide weight loss program: If you qualify, you will learn how the medication works, address potential side effects, discuss lifestyle management (diet & exercise), and how to self-inject. 

Initial Consult (Virtual): Program requirements, information about the medication, pricing, and the following steps. 

Second Consult (Virtual): Nurse Practitioner Karla will review your labs with you and determine if you are a good candidate. If you are eligible, she will prescribe medication after consents are reviewed and signed.

Final Consult (In office): Finalize consents, learn lifestyle management and how to self inject. The medication and supplies will be provided, along with a PowerPoint that holds additional resources. – – – – – 

ONE month: $400 includes 4 weeks of medication, supplies, and labs every 90 days. If the patient is Female they will also require a serum pregnancy exam costing an additional $14.

The main contraindications for weight loss medication are:

Pregnant or breastfeeding.

Have type 1 diabetes. This medication is not insulin and you can NOT use it or you risk the chance of developing diabetic ketoacidosis. Semaglutide can NOT be used with any other GLP-1 medications.

Have a risk of thyroid c-cell tumors. 

Personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infection, on radiation/chemo therapy, on high dose blood thinners. – – – – – – –

$65 deposit is non-refundable, however, it is credited to your squareup account to use towards this service, and if you do not qualify due to concerning blood labs results, you can use this deposit towards any treatment in our menu within 6 months of this appointment. – – – – – – –

This amount will be put towards the balance on the day of your visit (minus taxes). 3.
